uLékaře.cz 06.03.2020 14:41 Dear Doctor, I had cholestasis in my pregnancy from June until my induced delivery in late October 2019. Now my baby is 4 months old and I have a severe candidiasis in my nipples since November 2019 and vaginal candida around 2 weeks ago. For candida in nipples I have been treated and my baby with all possible topical creams: gentian violet , Nistatine, pimafucin and Imacort . I took all of those creams and those didn't work. For the vaginal candidiasis I got Klion D100, but so far it does not seem to work. Yesterday, the gynecologist also prescribed me Fluconazol Aurovitas 100mg. I was fully breastfeeding until 1,5 weeks ago then I decided to quick breastfeeding since the candida issue is causing me depression. My gynecologist recommended me some pills to stop my milk production: Dostinex 0,5 mg and my Psychiatrist recommended the same. I have visited a Psychiatrist for sleeping disorders and anxiety, since today I got Trittico AC 150 and Neurol 0,25 mg, respectively. I haven't took Dostinex yet I still extract breast milk. And I am afraid of hormonal desorder taking Dostinex. I'm wondering what is the best way to stop my milk production? More specifically, is it OK to take all of these medications: Klion D100 , Fluconazol, Dostinex as well as Trittico and Neurol? Thank you very much for the response.
