Prescription of the antidepressants

I moved to the Czech Republic 4 months ago and I have VZP insurance but I didn't register with a doctor yet. I am taking venlafaxine for depression and PTSD but I will soon run out of the medication I brought with me from England. I would like to know how I can see a doctor and get regular prescriptions for my medication. Dekuji.
